Ever wondered what happens to your watch when it goes in for a service?

Our recent project with TWR the trusted name in hi-end watch care, gave us the opportunity to delve into the intricate world of a watch servicing and restoration. The video is a brief look behind the scenes at what the process or journey is when you take your watch to be serviced.

Capturing the content

It all began when we saw the incredible service laboratory they were operating. So clean, precise and well organised. This really was an opportunity to showcase the precision, dedication, and customer service that TWR brings to every timepiece they handle.

Like us I’m sure you would agree a watch is more than just a tool for telling the time. To you it may be a precious heirloom, a fashion accessory, or a piece of incredible engineering that you admire. We agreed with Alex at TWR marketing that the video needed to, not only reflect the level of craftsmanship, but also, making the process accessible for watch enthusiasts and curious viewers alike.

Filming the Process

To ensure authenticity, we worked closely with the team at TWR to map out each stage of the servicing process for the storyboard. From the moment a watch is opened to the final polish and testing, every detail mattered. Filming involved close-up shots of delicate tools, meticulous cleaning, gear adjustments, and reassembly, showcasing the skill required to service a luxury timepiece.

The final watch servicing journey video is more than just a demonstration of technical skills, it’s a testament to what a great customer service TWR offers.
